- Search for and remove interior trash
- Check underneath and around seats for forgotten items
- Check glovebox, console, visors, and trunk for trash and forgotten items
- Reset Multi Media Interface, deleting previous user data
- Adjust radio to Audi on demand’s preferred settings
- Double-check Wifi settings
- Set dashboard to map-centric display
- Wipers set to automatic
- Set climate control to 72 degrees and align vents
- Lower headrests to the full down position
- Bring seat to a neutral position
- Check vehicle for the inclusion of emergency supplies (and snowbrush in colder climates)
- Wipe down foot pedals and footrest
- Vacuum entire interior
- Wipe inside and outside of glass and mirrors with non-streaking window cleaner
- Use interior vinyl cleaner on hard plastics and buff clean
- Apply disinfectant on all contact surfaces, let sit to allow for full cleansing effect, and then wipe clean with a new cloth (including dash, steering wheel, gear shifter, MMI controls, center console, door handles, armrests, seat belts, cupholders, seat pockets, quickstart guide -- any surface that could have been touched by a previous customer or may be touched by a future customer)

In response to COVID-19, Audi on demand is also using steering wheel covers to ensure the vehicle remains disinfected and safe from the time it is cleaned to when a customer sits in the driver’s seat.
